Whether you’re cruising through the streets of Paris in a classic 2CV or enjoying a private tour in a sophisticated sedan, our fleet ensures a stylish and comfortable journey for every occasion.

Here, we’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you better understand our services. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

  • Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service booked. Generally:

    • For standard tours: Free cancellation up to 96 hours (4 days) before departure. No refund for cancellations made after this period.

    • For car rentals with a driver: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. A 50% refund between 72 and 24 hours, and no refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

    • For customized experiences: Specific conditions apply. Please refer to the tour details or contact us.

    If you have taken out cancellation insurance, different terms may apply.

  • Yes! Our tours are available in English and French, and we can arrange guides in other languages upon request, subject to availability.

  • Most of our tours operate rain or shine. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions (heavy storms, snow, or flooding), we may modify or cancel the tour for safety reasons. If a tour is canceled due to severe weather, you will be offered a rescheduled date.

  • The duration of our tours varies depending on the destination:

    • Half-day tours (e.g., Versailles, Giverny) typically last 4 to 5 hours.

    • Full-day tours (e.g., Normandy, Loire Valley, Champagne) last 10 to 12 hours.

    • Paris city tours range from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the experience you choose.

  • Yes! Pets are welcome on our tours. Our driver is a true pet lover and even offers a Toscane option with his own dog for a unique experience. Just let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements!

  • The 2CV can accommodate up to 3 people, and the price remains the same whether you are 1, 2, or 3 passengers!
